Obituary for Edward Leon Neal
Edward Leon Neal was born February 22, 1948 in Somerville, Tennessee, to James (deceased) and Hattie M. Neal. In 1984, he was united in holy matrimony to Sherri D. Dyson.
He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age but he declared that August 2, 2015 was the “Best Day EVER”. Edward rededicated his life to the Lord and experienced an encounter with the Holy Spirit at Fire and Glory International Ministries.
Edward was an entrepreneur owning several grocery stores in the Memphis area. He was later employed and retired from the Internal Revenue Service. He loved his family, church and dog, Billy Boy. “Semper Fi!”
He departed this life, October 27, 2015. Our loved one has gone home to be with our Love – Jesus Christ. His voice and sayings will forever be resounded through his family.
Loving memories will be cherished by his wife, Sherri D. Neal; four daughters, Rosiland Neal, Catina Graham, Tiffiny Neal, Tora Neal; two sons Orenzy Turner Jr. (Brandy), Christopher Neal (Evita), fifteen grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Hattie M. Neal; three brothers, Thomas Neal (Carolyn), Bob Neal, Allen B. Neal (Gloria); three sisters, Rozena Houston, Mary Lane Neal, Ruth Neal; three sister-in-law, Lola Sallie, Barbara Leaks, Carolyn Hearvey; one brother-in-law, Charles Dyson, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
