Obituary for Demarcus Delshaun Williams
Demarcus Delshawn Williams was born July 4, 1989 at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Memphis, Tn. Demarcus, known to his family and friends as Shawn, or DWill, was the life of the party. He was always in good spirits and brought laughter and joy wherever he was. If you know him, you know he was an avid PS4 player and you could catch him on Call of Duty, whenever he wasn’t on actual duty.
He accepted Christ at an early age at Greater Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. He graduated from Sheffield High school in 2008 and enlisted into the Army Reserves in 2011 as a UH 60 (Black Hawk repairer/crew chief) . While enlisted, Demarcus fulfilled his dreams of traveling the world.
Demarcus leaves behind his mother, Helen (Covington) Garrett, father, Reggie Price, four brothers Antwuan Williams, Brandon Price, Carlton Price, and Marcus Price, two sisters Sharnika and Felecia Jenkins, two grandmothers Corrine Covington and Barbara Price, five nieces Anayah, Ainsley, Aubrey ,Angell, and Jasmaine, five nephews Antwuan Jr, Deandre Jr , Kayden, Bryson and Joshua Jr, three aunts Dorothy, Sharon and Cherita, four uncles Charlie (Glen), Greg, Kenny, and DeDe and cousins Deandra and Brandon Covington , his best friend James Thornky and a host of other family and friends.
