Obituary for George Bredsten
George Bredsten, 79, passed away on March 16, 2015. George was born in Chicago, IL to Mary and Bjarne Bredsten. Brother to two siblings (Richard and Robert). Earned BA degree at Sacramento University, was a Marine, Deputy Sheriff, Sr. Customs Inspector, Firearms Instructor and Ballistics expert and finally retired as a private consultant.
While living in Hawaii, he met the love of his life and one year later married Maybelle Goddard. Where they had and raised in Alaska three daughters (Karla, Karole, and Kelly).He loved his daughters (Karla, Karole and Kelly) and granddaughters (Kristina, Kaitlyn, and Kensley). He was proud of their accomplishments, but also for contributing to the development of their character, which shaped them into having strong work ethics and the desire to succeed in life. In addition, he taught them how to shoot and be aware of their surroundings. To always stay safe.
