Vivian Franklin was born March 1, 1961 to Ovell Franklin and Fannie Franklin in Drummonds, TN.
Vivian accepted Christ in her life at an early age. Vivian attended and graduated from Northside High School in 1979. She was employed at FedEx, Pinnacle Airlines, and Williams-Sonoma until her health fell.
Vivian Franklin departed this life on Friday, May 3, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, Ovell Franklin; mother, Fannie L. Franklin; brother, Ozell Franklin; grandparents, Cleo and Monore Jones, Everliner and James Robinson.
She leaves to cherish her memory: step daughter, Ericka Bridgewater of Memphis, TN; seven sisters, Yvonnia Becton of Memphis, TN, Nan Macklin (Melvin) of Missouri; Tonya Buckley of Missouri; Rajeen Tate of Memphis, TN, Jarencia Lucy of Nashville, TN, Patricia Watson (Larry) of Millington, TN, Sandra Baker (James) of Mississippi; two brothers, Karey Franklin of Memphis, TN, Larry Tate, Jr. (Kimberly) of Ellenwood, GA; six nieces, four nephews, and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, aunts, uncles; a best friend, Sheila Allen; a very special friend, Oliver McBee; and her caregiver, Shavette Strickland.
