Obituaries
Trevor Alan Tisby was born September 14, 1961, and transitioned on April 14, 2023. He was born to the parents of Raymond Fitzgerald Tisby and Elsie Jean Vaughan Tisby Collier. Trevor was a "noble and good man" He was a Retired Memphis Police Lieutenant with the Memphis Police Department.
Trevor studied criminal justice at Tennessee State University. He was also a member of the TSU Aristocrats of Band member.
Trevor is survived by his three children, Trevor Alan Tisby II, Trevanna Alandis Tisby, and Stephen Jerome Young, six grandchildren, his ex-wife, mother of his children, and dear friend, Celia M Tisby. He is also survived by two brothers Terrence A. Tisby and Trent A. Collier.
There will be a sunset memorial service on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 6:00 PM Grace Temple Ministries Church located at 2693 Park Avenue Memphis Tennessee 38114.
The burial/ inurnment will be on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM located in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at 4000 Forest Hill Irene
