Obituaries
Sandra Faye Callens was born in Hornbeak, TN on February 23, 1947 to Harry and Minnie Miller. She met the love of her life in 1966 in Ridgely, TN. They got married in 1975 and they were married for 44 years. She moved to Memphis, TN and started a family. She gave birth to two handsome amazing boys, Jason and Jared. She accepted Christ and was baptized by Pastor Sandy. She was a faithful member of Heritage Christian Life Center.
Sandra was a doting grandparent. She loved her grandkids and spoiled them rotten. She was a treasured fun-loving Gigi, nothing compared to her rare beauty. Sister Sandra had the most helpful, giving and selfless spirit. She made lifelong Heritage friends that were like family that she adored. She meant so much to so many and she was appreciative of every single person that loved her and that she loved.
Smiling, “she once said I wouldn’t change a thing, I would do it all over again.” She was a remarkable witty loving Godly woman.
Thank you for being the best mother and friend that a son could have. Thank you for being a wonderful mother and grandmother. Thank you for always having faith for us even when our faith had withered. I am so honored to have had you in our lives “We love you.”
Sandra leaves to cherish her precious life husband, Ronnie Callens, two sons, Jason Callens and Jared Callens, sister, Naomi Miller Hayes, grandkids, Reece Callens, Miller Callens, Jaxon Callens and Kevin Hudson. Preceded in death, parents Harry Miller and Minnie Miller.
