Obituary for Samuel Watkins
Samuel E. Watkins, 35, of Bartlett, TN formally of Huntsville, AL went home to be with Our Lord March 20th. He leaves behind his parents Toni Watkins and Ira Watkins, Sr. (Betty); children, Cameron Watkins, Emmanuel Watkins, and Naylin Watkins; siblings, Stephanie Awere (Cyril), Ira Watkins, Jr. (Sonya), Toni Harris and Gerald Watkins; grandparents, Aldora Beard of Miami and Clara Watkins of New York; aunts, uncles , a host of nieces and nephews and other family members. As an Army Veteran, Sam actively served as a Captain abroad to include Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and was attending medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Visitation will be held from 4-6pm at Harold Ford Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
