Royce Jammone Bowen, 53, died December 16, 2019.
Royce Jammone Bowen was born on February 8, 1966 to James and Grace Bowen. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a member of Israel of God until his transition.
Royce was employed with Durham Bus Services for approximately seven years. Royce enjoyed his job, but more importantly he loved the children he transported to and from school.
On December 16, 2019 Royce departed this life.
Royce’s parents, James and Grace Bowen, and a brother, Eric Jackson preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted wife, Tracey Bowen; his children, Jammone Bowen, Alexia Bowen, Briana and Brandon; five brothers, Michael Bowen, Victor Bowen (Virginia), Karol Bowen, Terence Bowen and Dejuan Bowen (Joy); five sisters, Maria Jackson, Freida Porter, Shandra Mayes, Preta Hodges (George) and Wesa Bowen, all of Memphis, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, three uncles, four aunts, other relatives and friends.
