Obituary for Ophelia C. Borja
Ophelia C. Borja, age 79, died March 19, 2022.

Ophelia C. Borja was born October 10, 1942 in Ft. Duchesne Utah to Ramon R. Cesspooch and Bessie Saknikent Cesspooch. She was a member of the "Northern Ute Tribe" and very proud of her Native Heritage. She entered into eternal sleep (Spirit World), the morning of March 19, 2022. Joining hands once again with husband Renato(Rey) Borja and relatives welcomed her with open arms.
Ophelia was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was all about spending time with her daughter and grandchildren weather it be a quick drive out to Nashville for the kids to go shopping or just having movie night, eating crab-legs or Indian Taco. She especially loved the 4th of July because that's when she would make plans to go out to Utah to see all the family that would come from all over. A very loving and special time for her.
Ophelia attended Phoenix Indian School and was voted "Homecoming Queen" for "The Phoenix Redskins" 1962. She graduated from Phoenix AZ Nursing School. She retired from Baptist East Hospital-Associated Urologist and retired from Methodist Central Hospital.
Ophelia is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia Borja Henley (Jeff), and grandchildren, Drake and Skylar Henley; Step-Daughter, Marivic Quon(Harris), Step-Grandchildren, Kristine Coleman(James) and Kristel Quon.
Ophelia is survived by her siblings: Evans J. Cesspooch of The Colony TX, Vina C. Maske of Union City CA, Curtis R. Cesspooch of Ft. Duchesne UT, Woodrow Cesspooch of Randlett UT, Judy Comes At Night of Heart Butte MT, Rudy Cesspooch of Salt Lake City UT, Ramalda C. Guzman of Randlett UT, Melvin Cesspooch of Tridell UT, and Loretta C. Mojado of Ft. Duchesne UT.
Ophelia is preceded in death by her mother and father; one sister: Lucinda Cesspooch; three brothers: Adrian Cesspooch, Everette Cesspooch, and Bryson Cesspooch. Ophelia also leaves to cherish her memories a host of neices, nephews, cousins, friends, and other loved ones and her rescue dog "Lady Bug".
