Morris Dye, 87, died April 7, 2022.
Morris Dye, Sr. took over the family business, Memphis Concrete Silo Company in 1955 with his three brothers Robert, Murray, Jimmy and sister Jane till 1985. Morris continued operating the business in Mason, TN s sole proprietor with his son Morris, Jr. until 2011 when he retired. He was a dedicated and spiritual family man to his wife June, two children Morris, Jr. & Gina Moss and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching basketball and golf. He loved spending time outdoors feeding his wild birds, planting trees, flowers and shrubs on his property. He used his engineering skills to invent mechanical devices to make his silo projects easier
