Linda Carol Williams, age 66, died January 10, 2021.
Linda Carol Williams passionately known as "Brown Eyes'', was born March 11, 1954 to the late Walter Lee Williams and Ida Bell Erwin both of Memphis, Tennessee.
She departed this life Sunday, January 10 at 09:19am at Scripps Mercy Hillcrest Hospital of San Diego, California under the supervision of Seaport Home Health & Hospice.
Linda confessed her life in Christ in 2012 at World Mission Society Church of God in San Diego, California. She was a faithful and devoted gospel worker even through her failing health. She loved puzzles, reading the bible, being with her family and singing all genres of music from Gospel to R & B, especially, Lou Rawls 1969 hit, " Lady Love.
Linda was a devoted daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend.
She leaves to cherish her memory four children Lisa Williams White (Arnold) with whom she resided with in San Diego, California, 2010-2021 who was also her caretaker, Solomon Martin, Montoya Martin and Lachelle Williams, all of Memphis, TN and a dear loving niece Angela Simmons. Linda also leaves 7 siblings: Roy Lee Jackson (Shirley), Barbara Ann Jackson, Ronald Lee Williams of Graceland Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Glenda Williams, James Erwin, Emma "Twinky" Graham (Lee) and John Erwin (Bonnie) all of Memphis, TN. She has 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends in San Diego, Memphis, Atlanta and far!
My sister Linda is like a quiet flower.
She never said much but said a lot with her smile.
I will always love and miss that contagious smile of yours Linda Carol Williams.
