Kenneth Turner, 52, died May 14, 2020.
Kenneth Turner was born May 5, 1968 in Brooklyn NY to the parents of Saul and Allie Turner.
Kenny, the youngest of eight children, was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost by the age of 13. Kenny worked in Queens NY as a hospital cop for 9 1 /2 years, where one day on his way to work he said God spoke to him and said be flexible. He came home from work that evening and told his wife they were moving to Memphis. They moved to Memphis in Oct of 1999 where Kenny worked as a supervisor for Guardsmark Security Company for a year. Later he became a police officer for the Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority, which is where he held different positions such as Detective, Honor Guard, and CIT officer. Due to complications he resigned in 2017.
Kenny loved the lord he loved talking about the lord and most of all he loved his family. He leaves behind his wife Stephanie Turner, sons Dont’e and Joell Turner, daughter Te’ana Turner and granddaughter Azari Swift, four brothers, three sisters, two brothers in laws , four sister in laws eleven nieces, three nephews, and twenty eight great nieces and nephews.
