Obituary for Jazon Eugene Williamson Sr.
JaZon Eugene Williamson was born January 10, 1991 to his parents, Eugene Williamson and Laura Barrett Williamson. In 2011 he met his wife, Sherita Brown and they married in 2018.
Affectionately known as ‘Zon’ to his family and friends, it was typical of him to go out of his way to help others, often sharing what he had as well. JaZon professed Christ and was baptized at an early age at Abundant Grace Fellowship under the leadership of Apostle DeWayne Hunt. He was an adored son, a caring brother, loving husband, doting father, a loyal family member and a genuine friend to all who shared the fortune of meeting and getting to know him.
JaZon graduated from Melrose High School and continued his education at Arkansas State University and later, at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology. Zon was known to be complex at times, he was also very funny. But most of all, his sincerity and respect for every person was commendable and worked well for him in his profession. As a businessperson, he worked hard to make sure that his customers felt satisfied so that the end of the day, his commitments were fulfilled and they always felt comfortable, entrusting him with their future businesses.
JaZon leaves to celebrate his legacy, his devoted wife, Sherita Williamson, his sons: JaZon Eugene Williamson, Jr., and JaCari Sanders; his daughters, Jessica Marie Williamson, and Raegan Richards; his mother and stepfather, Laura and Curtis Carr; his father and other mother, Eugene and Margie Williamson; his mother-in-law, Ms. Jacqueline Brown and his grandmother, Mrs. Margaret Blakney and his brother-in-law, Mr. Chris Brown. He is also survived by his uncles, Rev. Keith Barrett, Sr (Tijuana), Mr. Sandy Barrett (Sharon), Mr. Charles Williamson (Tanya), and Mr. Johnnie Williamson. Additionally, his memories will be cherished by his aunts; Mrs. Kathy Bacchus (Michael), Mrs. LaVern Ivy (Donald), Mrs. Linda Peyton, Ms. Lucy Ivy, and Minister Shirley Scullark (Clinton), Mrs. Marlene Webber (Terry), and Ms. Darlene Blakney.
Always greeting you with a smile and leaving with a hug, and the words ‘Love You’. JaZon will truly be missed by a host and cousins whom he genuinely loved and viewed as his own sisters and brothers. JaZon also leaves a special sister and brothers that he loved and cared for. His biological sister, Jessica Marie Wilson preceded him in death.
