George R. Wade, 66, died August 22, 2017.
George Robert Wade was born August 12,1951 to Willie James Wade, Jr. and Addie L. Wade in Memphis, TN.
George was a proud graduate of Manassas High School, class of 1969. While at Manassas, George was a member of the Barons Social Club, the track team and ROTC where he became Battalion Commander in his senior year. He graduated with honors and received eleven scholarship offers including one from West Point.
He was a member of Spirit Awakening Ministries from 2010-2016 under the leadership of Pastor Neal Hardaway.
He leaves to mourn him one brother, Carl L. Wade; five sisters, Henrietta Colemon (Wilbert), Ruby Johnson, Bernice Chatman (Charles), Debra Curry and Stephanie Nunn; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents Willie James Wade Jr. and Addie L. Wade; sister, Betty Wade and a brother, Ruben Wade.
