Obituary for Dollie Mae McAtee
Dollie Mae McAtee, 75, passed away November 16, 2014.

Dollie Mae McAtee was born on September 8, 1939 to the late Cecil Dowdy and Ruby McWright in Casey, MS, the eldest of six children, she is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband, Clarence McAtee.

Dollie was a fun-loving woman and had a giving spirit to all who met her. Family was very important to her and she devoted all of her time and patience in being the best to all she embraced.

She leaves to cherish her memories, four children, Ronald (Cassie) McAtee, Belinda McAtee, Sidney McAtee, Tammie (Timothy) Moore; two sisters, Cleavenell (Robert) Boyland, Valerie Mukes; four brothers, Charles Chatman, Frederick Chatman, Eldred Chatmen, Raymond Dowdy; three aunts; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 21, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home, 1638 Sycamore View Rd., Memphis, TN 38134. Service will be Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 7289 Highway 64, Memphis, TN 38133.
