Deshawn Miller, 44, died September 16, 2017.
Deshawn Miller was born in Memphis, Tennessee on April 21, 1973, to Raymond Garmon and Mildred Jean Newsom-Miller. Deshawn accepted Christ at an early age. He graduated from Carver– High School. Deshawn worked at Truck Pro LLC. Deshawn married the love of his life Elisha Carter in 2003. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred; father, Milton Miller; brother, Rodney Miller. He is survived by his loving wife, Elisha Carter Miller; brother, Charles Munford; sister, Tammie Miller of Memphis, TN, two nieces, Shuntoya and Shunnika Miller of Memphis, TN; nephew, Cordarrius Munford of Memphis, TN; sister-in-law, Kendra (Anthony) Taylor; brothers-in-law, Tirrell Austin, Jermaine Carter and Jermiah Brim, and Eligah (Cindy) Beverly all of Memphis, TN; and god-daughter, Chandel Bridgeforth. Deshawn was a loving husband, son, brother, and uncle. He leaves cherished memories, and will be greatly missed.
