Clarence Turner, 80, died June 8, 2019.
Mr. Clarence Turner was born June 10, 1938 in Jericho, Arkansas to the late Ned and Mary Turner. He was raised by Anderson Suggs. He accepted Christ at an early age and later joined New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Masonic brother apart of Keystone Lodge 22 in Tunica, MS.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Rachel B.Turner; four brothers, L.C. Turner, M.C. Turner, William Suggs, and Tommy Lee Turner; two sisters, Donna Mae Williams and Ushlean Dorsey; and grandson, Marvin Lynn Jenkins, Jr.
He departed this life Saturday, June 8, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He leaves to cherish his memories twelve children, Clarence Turner, Jr., Willie Brown, Larry Turner, John (Cassandra) Turner, Carl (Toni) Turner, Carol Lynn (Michael) Jeffreys, Terence Turner, Doris (David) Kyle, Mary (Charlie) Caston, Tomeka (Jeremiah) Frazier, Kevin (Donna) Turner, and Terry (Tiffany) Turner; one sister, Erthalean King; one sister-in-law, Frances Turner; one brother-in-law, John Henry (Linda) Johnson; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
