Christy Marie Bales, born on October 28th, 1974, in Memphis TN gained her wings on October 10th, 2025, in Walls, MS.
Christy, known for her infectious smile and outgoing personality, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her journey through life was marked by love, compassion, and laughter. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her. We ask that you remember her for the love she carried for all and for the profound impact she had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Christy is preceded in death by her father Richard Lovitt, and her grandparents Sue and Doyle King.
Christy is survived by her daughters, Kaylie, and Kenzie; her mother, Charlotte; and her brother Keith; and his family, Tananda, Tucker, and Sawyer. Christy also leaves behind many friends and family who adore her dearly.
Christy passionately worked as a benefits specialist, helping families navigate through important steps after their loved ones passed. When she wasn’t working she was a dedicated and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
She was welcomed into heaven by her angels who went before her. Though she is no longer with us, her love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those she left behind.
