Cameron D. Edwards, 17, died March 12, 2020.
Cameron Da’Shon Edwards was born on September 18, 2002 in Memphis, Tennessee to Alisha Ferron Edwards. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age at More Than Conquerors Faith Ministry where he participated and was a part of the youth ministry throughout his childhood.
Cameron was a senior at Cordova High School and was set to graduate in May 2020. Cameron was well known and loved by many in his community. Cameron had a love for sports, which included soccer, but his favorite was basketball. He played for many years at the Cordova YMCA and at Hope Church.
Cameron transitioned from this earthly life on Thursday, March 12, 2020. He leaves to cherish his memories his parents Alisha Ferron Edwards and Reginald Anderson; his grandparents Haywood and Doris Anderson, Annette and Marvelle Henry, and his biological grandfather Jimmy Lee Edwards (who preceded him in death); two brothers Marchisco Chiquan Edwards, Omari Xavier Bonds; and a sister Anya Samone Edwards; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
