Obituary for Barbara Denise Taylor
Barbara Denise Taylor (Beigie) was born unto the union of L. C. Green and Mary Alice Green on September 29, 1955, in Memphis, TN. where she professed a hope in Christ at an early age at Pleasant Green Baptist Church in Memphis, TN under the leadership of the late Rev. E. L. McKinney.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Rev. L.C. Green, Mary Alice Hare, and David C. Hobson (Stepfather); Roy Lee Hood, and Gregory Karl Taylor, Sr. (Husbands); Michael Anthony Green (Brother) and Linda Renee Carr (Sister).
Barbara Denise Taylor will be greatly missed as she leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Andrea LaShae Hood (Daughter), Gregory Karl Taylor, Jr and Jonathan Michael Taylor (Sons); Shanice D. Mitchell, Kavinna C. Hines (Keaun), DeAndre Mitchell, Marquarius D. Bratcher, Andria D. Rollins, Myla Taylor, Mikiya L. Taylor, Javario D. Taylor, Javon M. Taylor, and JaNi M. Taylor (Grandchildren).
She also leaves to cherish her memory six surviving siblings; James Green (Arry), of Buffalo, New York, Sandra Tindall, Cynthia Green, Gerita Madden (Gerald), Terrance Green of Nashville, TN, and Lorna Massey (Rajan Sr), of Rochester, New York. She also leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
2nd Timothy 4:7,8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day---and not only to me, but to all who have longed for his appearing.
