Cornell Adams, 72, died February 20, 2018.
Born to the union of A.D. Adams, Sr. and Gertrude (Hill) Adams on September 13, 1945 in Memphis, TN. Cornell was a lifelong resident of Memphis, TN where he was educated, worked and found God. Cornell was a private man and lived a quiet life. He was a longtime member of King Solomon Baptist Church. He was a dedicated member of the men’s chorus until his death.
Leaving to honor his memory are his children, Bridgett Adams, Rhonda Adams, Carlos Williams and Kenneth Williams; brothers, A.D. Adams, Jr. and James (Glenda) Hardy all of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in several other states.
Preceding him in death are his mother, father, brother, Pastor Samuel Phillips, Mack Adams, David Adams and Donnell Adams.
